  • Stripe customer ID (not card numbers)

  • AI-generated analytics including:

We do NOT transfer or sell data to third parties for marketing.

8.1 Future Use of Aggregated & De-Identified Data

RTSA may, in the future, generate and share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified athletic performance datasets with third-party organizations, partners, or research institutions. These datasets do not include personal information, do not identify any individual athlete, and cannot be linked back to you or your account.

Such data may be used for purposes including:

  • Improving sports science research

  • Developing industry benchmarks

  • Enhancing AI model performance

  • Commercial insights and partnerships

We will never sell personally identifiable information (PII), user accounts, children’s data, or raw video files.

If RTSA ever chooses to sell identifiable data in the future (PII or identifiable metrics), we will:

9. International Users

If you access RTSA outside the United States or India, your data may be transferred to cloud servers located globally. By using RTSA, you consent to international data transfers under this policy.

10. Children’s Privacy & COPPA Compliance (U.S. Law)

RTSA COPPA & Children’s Privacy Policy

RTSA fully complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

10.1 No Direct Accounts for Children Under 13

Children under 13 may not:

  • Create accounts

  • Make payments

  • Upload videos

  • Use analytics tools

  • Submit personal information

Unless verifiable parental consent is provided.

10.2 Age Verification Process

At signup, we collect:

  • Athlete name

  • Athlete age

If age is under 13, we require:

  • Parent/Guardian email

  • Explicit consent confirmation

The child cannot proceed without approval.

10.3 Verifiable Parental Consent

If under 13:

  • Parent receives verified approval email

  • Parent clicks a secure authorization link

  • Consent is recorded with:

    • Parent email

    • Child’s details

    • Timestamp

    • Method of approval

10.4 Information Collected from Children (With Consent Only)

  • Child’s name

  • Age

  • Height

  • Sport

  • Video uploads

  • Performance metrics & analytics

  • Parent’s email for account access

We never collect:
